Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact centerforthefamily@pepperdine.edu. Approved returns must be sent to:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions for completing the return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, though posting times may vary by financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
