Relationship IQ provides curriculum, training, and practical resources to help young adults develop healthy and God-centered relationships. Through an integration of theology and social science research, the program equips participants to navigate family relationships, friendships, dating, sexuality, conflict, technology, boundaries, and faith while developing skills for communication, conflict resolution, connection, and personal growth.
Communication & Conflict
The Relationship IQ Say What? Connecting through Communication and Conflict is part of an eight-module curriculum featuring 48 weeks of small-group lessons and eight single-session presentations designed to equip young adults with practical relationship skills.
Through interactive and relevant discussions, this module helps participants learn how to say what they mean, tell the truth with care, listen well, and develop healthier patterns of communication and conflict resolution.
